We use the details you provide when booking to manage your Bihu attendance, payment records and booking messages. Only the authorised booking administrator can access the booking history.
Cookies and browser storage
Optional Google Analytics is off until you accept it. It uses cookies to help us understand visits. Analytics is not loaded in the booking admin area. You can reject optional services and still use the site and book.
We save your theme and privacy choices in your browser’s local storage. Privacy choices expire after 180 days. The hosting platform may use necessary cookies for sign-in and security; these support access to the site.
YouTube videos connect only after you enable videos or choose “Load video”. YouTube then processes information under its own privacy policy.
Booking emails
Booking confirmations and guest updates use FormSubmit. Booking details and the recipient’s email address are shared with this service to send the message, with a copy to brihottorlondonbihu@gmail.com. Group updates are sent individually so guests’ addresses are not shared with other guests.
Your information
To ask about your booking, request a correction or deletion, or ask how long your records are kept, contact brihottorlondonbihu@gmail.com. Cancelling a booking preserves its history for the committee and does not automatically refund a payment.
